What Is the validity Of the package?

Validity of the SMS packages are lifetime or until you consume all the SMS. Termination charges will apply if there is any changes in norms from TRAI.

How much is the delivery ratio?

Delivery ratio is approx. 90-95%, also we are working on delivery basis, so whatever SMS are undelivered or failed will be re-credited in 48 Hrs. automatically.

Can I get Open Template?

For trans-promo route we are still providing open template but spamming content( like lottery, paytm, chit fund, spa, astrology, financial frauds) must not be sent, as it can terminate your account permanently. DLT users can approve template from DLT dashboard.

How to get sender id or header id?

Sender id or header id will be by default from operator side for trans-promo route. If you are DLT registered you can make you desired sender id approve from DLT dashboard

Can I send SMS with customer’s name?

Yes, you can send personalized SMS with custom template using our premium service route.

What is the difference between DLT and NON-DLT SMS?

With DLT registration you can have your desired sender id and certain rules need to follow. Without DLT you can make all the campaign but sender id will be default. More info on- 9004454417

What are the payment terms and mode?

How I will get user name and passwords?

You will get a sign-up detail after your payment confirmation and you need to fill up and revert us back. We will setup and do a service audit of your account and share you the credentials in 30 mins.

What Documents are required to start services?

We do not require any documents from your side except the sign up details and if you are DLT registered customer we need your Entity ID along with LOA ( letter of authorization).

Is there any refund policy?

We have a fair refund policy, in which you can claim full or partial refund of amount within 3 days of the purchase. Our team will examine your claim, if found correct will process the refund with 15 working days. Refund will not be applied on renewal or on any kind of discounted or offer price, refund also will not be applied for the issues from operator side or any rules and regulations changed from TRAI or by the operator.

Do you Guarantee Leads or responses in SMS marketing?
